Anyone else going to be attending their local Mini Together event?

I'll be at Mini of Rochester, NY at 9am for my registration and send-off. Looking forward to a day of motoring around the area with fellow Mini fans!

 

We have 9am at Mini of Orlando. Now to decide which mini to take...2012 Roadster or 2022 JCW Clubman.

I was curious about this when I got the email. Is it just like a GPS trip?
They say "scavenger hunt".

 

We are doing the 0900 out of Sandia MINI in Albuquerque NM.

 

I assume details will become apparent once the app is released. I'm expecting a type of poker style run, without a time limit. Hit a way point, check in through the app, then on to the next one.

 

A couple of months ago, my local dealer's sales manager told me about this. She sounded very excited for it. And now the dealership turns out to be not participating in it.

 

I'm interested but not sure what this is. I don't want to drive alone. I want to drive with a bunch of other MINIs (safety in numbers). Will this event allow me to do that?

 

Sounds as if this is more a "virtual" event than a real gathering. Damn that Covid!!!!

 

Just find a friend to go with you. Despite this being a 'distanced' event, I have a feeling you won't be able to keep the mini enthusiasts apart.

 

I also have a 2014 Roadster and 2017 Clubman! It will be me and Black Dahlia the Roadster for this event. Departing Baron MINI in Overland Park, KS.
