Mini wont accelerate in drive

I just purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper. I don’t know much about Coopers but this one I took on as a project. The main issue is that when it is drive it will not accelerate properly. I push the pedal to the floor and it takes a while for it to speed up. On the highway she gets up to 70 mph but from a stop it takes a while for it to speed up. I have check engine codes 1498, 1786 and 1109. EMF light is on in the car. Can someone help me?

I assume this is an automatic. In 2005 they used a CVT (Constant Velocity Transmission), plan on replacing it or having it rebuilt.

It actually turned out to be a simple break in a vacuum hose. Replaced that and the car runs perfect!
