Bad Camshaft - 05 Cooper S Conv

2005 - Developed a missfire, cylinder 1. Plugs didn't fix it, compression checked at 0, no Compression! Pulled the head, valves are good, ended up replacing the lifter for that cylinder cause we couldn't get all 4 at the same time,,, ugh. Put it back together, still 0 compression. Pulled the valve cover again, found a piece of the cam lobe in the head. Going to change the camshaft - should we do the head as well or just the cam? Need a reputable supplier for the parts. Hoping for suggestions.

We have several good used cams to make the fix very affordable

Also check to make sure the rollers on the rockers are in good condition. If they are pitted replace them too.
