How to replace the head light rings in an f56

I have searched in the how to area and I don’t see anything that covers this. I have a new to me 2016 JCW. The headlight rings have seen better days. I want to replace the current chrome ones with undamaged chrome ones. How do I get the old ones off and the new ones on without further damage.

Thanks

Talked about here, fronts are easy and you can get them from the back

The rears you have to open the boot and get it from the inside, the trim tools help that we have
