Hello, need help on identifying a convertible top that my brother bought at a estate sale. He figured since it was a Mini part it would be worth some money. Quite frankly, i dont care if it is or not. Just need to know what model and year it belongs to so he can quit bugging me to help him, he is computer illiterate. lol. Any help would be much appreciated.

Part numbers i have found on it are
R9000000508012
R90000004024
LF-Nr 021277

Manufacturer date 2013

 

I'm not aware MINI ever made a removable top. Please post pictures

 

Whats the OEM parts # should be 11 digit, maybe on the box ? , it should be a cloth top with glass. Not removable.

 

Right actually thats exactly what it is. im guessing its a bolt on option. the numbers on the OP are the only things i could find on it. nothing else. Ill see if i can attach a pic.

 

It's more than likely a replacement or a unit that was taken off from a repair. I would be very careful listing it as new or unused

Thats all the convertible tops unless its an F57 which i doubt as thats a brand new MINI 2016.

Welcome. My guess by looking at it looks like an R52 top. But Webasto will tell you.
