I have a Dimsport MyGenius device which I am trying to read my ECU (so I can send to Jan at RMW) however I am having problems with reading it.

Let me go back before going forward.

I have updated the device successfully following the instructions. I have completed the identification of the Protocol successful [Flash_0009].

When attempting the read I receive the follow error code: [0x3815].

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what it means and more importantly what to do about it?

[I have written to Dimsport and to the supplier I purchased it from - awaiting responses]

Any advice, information pertaining to this would be appreciated.

Alright there fella..? Just wondering if you ever managed to resolve this issue, I'm getting the same error code while reading mine and this is the Only post online with any reference to that error... I just can't seem to find any help with these things,. how are you getting on ?
