Anyone know who owns this wide body R53?

Firstly, I realize it's actually an R52.

I saw this in the Trader Joe's parking garage near West Hollywood, California. It appears to be highly modified with a wide body kit that I've never seen before. And it had a satin white vinyl wrap. I was sad I couldn't park next to him and get a pic together.

So, does anyone know who might own this? I assumed it would be closely affiliated with a local tuning shop but there were no advertisements on it. Just some Nuremberg stickers and an ///M Power badge

Someone has to say it:

I'm guessing someone with poor taste owns it. It's pretty dam ugly and I'm willing to bet it's a cat five abortion under the finish.

Not saying it looks great. It's definitely unique and up close, it was very nicely done, not half-assed. Just wondering if anyone here knows if this thing might actually have some power or if it's all rice.

Just looking at it I am sure the owner has other modifications not visible to the eye.

Asking Google to translate is fun. Apparently, the car is is Horny!
