Partslane=Scam?

I ordered a MINI trench coat on 04/22/2013 and now it's 05/30/2013 I have e-mailed them at least 5 times with no Answer, the order when I ordered it said it would take anywhere from 04/29-05/25 witch is ridiculous in the first place..

When I tried to actually contact theses people I first tried there instant online customer service,I left a message, and no reply..

So I tried again from about 4 weeks age till today and I have yet to see them online.
I have e-mailed them 5 times with no response ever.
The day I ordered the coat they sure took the money out of my account!
You can go on to there page and look at the status of your order, and it still says my order is not confirmed or shipped.

Thinking it might just be a mistake I tried to e-mail them with no contact from them and they don't have a phone # to contact them with!

As it goes for me this is a Scam save your money!
I hope I'm wrong cause they show some really sweet deals...

I've never ordered from them, but I know a few members here have ordered from them in the past and have gotten their items. I will say i noticed that i haven't gotten any email updates from them recently. Maybe they're no longer in business?

If you paid by debit card you may have recourse. Contact your bank.

Yeah, come to think of it, the daily emails stopped in the past few weeks. Sorry about the bad luck. Contact your CC company and they should fix it.

Thank you everyone that opens up a few options..
Hopefully the Partslane guys are out and about traveling the world finding us cool stuff?
Also hopefully they will make good with the goods,I'm sure I'm not alone right now on this..

At Wildfamily the price they were selling the Trench Coat for was ridiculously low and I had the cash then, now not do much with the new job,if they don't come around and I get my funds back I will take a second look at your Trench Coats and thank you for being a source.

At Braminator,Partslane was selling them for 45. Plus shipping came up to 52.99
How they could offer that at 100 bucks off I have no idea but if there scammers anyway then it would kinda make since Unfortunately...

Just wondering..

Ok check it out!, I come home tonight and there is the box sitting on my front porch! Now that being said I paid 52.99 for the Trench Coat with shipping very good deal..
But it took longer than they said it would and absolutely No communication!

So in my conclusion they are not a scam just bad communicators and are pretty slow..
So just expect a very long wait time,I guess you do get what you pay for?
