BEWARE: MINISWAG STILL SCAMMING AWAY
Alright - So I've been reading about the Miniswag hiatus from NAM, they say they are still going to be processing orders etc and that they are NOT going out of business.
I've read posts from my fellow Mini-aholics that they have been scammed from this place.
This is STILL going on - the last one was almost 5 months ago and I've been a recent victim of the same scam.
I purchased a set of Dark Knight Eyes off of Miniswag over a month ago. After about 15 emails from me and Paypal (I made a claim) I have not heard one peep back. Paypal sent me a letter saying they are in my favour but unfortunately because there is conveniently no money in their account they cannot refund me.
AHHHHH! Trust me DO NOT BUY FROM MINISWAG! You will be extremely disappointed!

I had a pleasant and completely unexpected surprise on Saturday...I received my MINISWAG grille badges that I ordered in mid-June! 
It looks like maybe their TRYING to get their act together!?...I hope! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and everyone else who ordered and never received...!!!

I'm in exactly the same boat as you, ecurbmik (many ignored emails sent from both Paypal and I, filed a claim with Paypal, etc).
It seems to me that, if this company needs to take a hiatus, the least they could do is put an announcement onto their web paging stating it (let the buyer beware). However there's NOTHING there to warn ANYONE.
Incidentally, I stumbled upon Miniswag through a Google search not through this forum. I only found about the hiatus when reading these forums and after stupidly ordering a set of exterior eyes through Miniwag's web page. Thus in my case, the deed was already done.
I recently ordered another set of eyes through AutoXCooper and Dustin has been MUCH better to do business with.

1. Existing funds in Paypal account...
2. Transfer from bank account...
3. Credit/debit card...
If you used the 3rd option, you can file a dispute with your bank because the card still has the Visa/MC protection.
