Installed AEM CAI thoughts

Installed it over the weekend. Fit very nice but I forgot the gasket on the front air diverted at the hood and had to pull the air tube back and broke a tab off No extra sound in cabin, sucks I like the sound of CAI and all other AEMs I have had had a really nice growl. No noticeable change in power, but it is my only performance upgrade. Got the car 2 weeks ago and can't stop shopping.

Sounds like you are very happy. Hide your credit cards or you will be broke soon.

Only car that makes sense to me besides a Jeep. Mini = Urban Jeep, I patent that phrase. Yes I have jeeps also. Live in the Country work in the City.

That's awesome, welcome to the addiction!! curious, are there other CAI's available that also incorporate the hood scoop? or is AEM the only one?

The m7 AGS-R intake incorporates the scoop, but it's also pricey.
