I would be very cautious recommending more than 19mm for a street car, particularly if I don't know their skill level. With a comp bar and a wet road, it may surprise someone. Even on a tight, windy dry road, some lift-off oversteer in mid turn might catch an inexperienced driver as well.

Completely agree, if you don't plan to track or autocross, I'd recommend then the 19mm. But in my case, I am going to do either one occasionally. But I understand what you mean. Definitely don't want other drivers to put others in danger.
