Recently purchased some misc goodies from OUTMOTORING & then ordered some swag from them a few days later and 1 of the items for my wife was out of stock in her size, so they quickly stepped up with a substitution and hooked us up like a tow truck, awesome customer service each & every time I have delt with them, a quality that is becoming rare in our society, hats off to them and the outstanding way they do business, as it should be

They definitely have great customer service. I ordered some side scuttles from them a couple of months ago and they accidentally sent Gen 1 side scuttles instead of Gen 2. They were very courteous, sent me the right ones and credited my card a few bucks for the hassle. Great company!

Another happy OutMotoring customer here. It was awhile back, but I ordered my aero grille, aux input, and some other goodies... service was good, very prompt, friendly email replies, good rates, and quick shipping. Can't ask for more than that!

It is nice to have some vendors still serving Canada. I had good dealings with Alta, TheSuspensionSource, and EuroSportDesign as well.

 

Aaron is always my first choice for everything MINI. All of us in Columbus miss not having him here since his move to Knoxville. He absolutely "Gets It".

Nothing but excellent service from OUTMOTORING!!

 

Glad to have him in Knoxville! He actually lives like 2 miles from me. Shop is about 4 miles away. Nice to be able to just go there and get stuff.
