Figured I would chime in with my State Farm. I'm 25 unmarried male, 418/6months. That's with a low $250 collision deductible & applicable discounts. My principle garage location is in the suburbs of Chicago.

I have had a windshield chip and a windshield replaced. No hassle either time.

It will be interesting to see what happens to mine. I've had Geico for quite some time and recently had an at-fault accident in my car that resulted in over $8500 of damage to my vehicle and (I'm nearly positive) totaled the other vehicle. The Geico claims process was smooth as buttah, and the adjusters called me with updates any time something changed (there was the initial evaluation and then a required supplemental once my body shop got into things). No fuss, no issue, OEM parts, and the shop dealt directly with the insurance company.

Now, we'll see what happens here in the future, but my existing policy with Geico is $475/6-month term. 2011 MCS.

Hey guys, just wanted to give an update.. I went ahead and called Geico myself and got a better quote based off me and my wifes vehicle report (not the cleanest, but oh well) and it went from 750sih to 998ish. So after them pulling our vehicle report it went up, but not drastically, but still cheaper than Progressive or any of the others (including AAA)! So we'll see how it is. Hopefully we'll never have to use them for a claim until our history gets better, lol.

The only thing I didn't like was that they were a bit pushy to get me to buy the coverage and telling me if I didn't put a credit card/debit card number down I would lose the quoted price (Thought that was weird...) but the gentleman that I talked to was REALLY nice, I even put HIM on hold to talk to my wife about what we should do. lol.
