I recently got a mini and now need a bike rack. I would really like to install a 2" receiver hitch on the Mini then get a Kuat NV rack. Anyone have a similar set up? Am not as concerned with appearance of a hitch sticking on from the bumper area, just want a quality rack set up as I will use it a few times a week. Easy on and off is necessary

Any other bike rack options that work great for you, pictures would be helpful. I do not to have to move a wheel to install the bike.
