Thanks man! I'm sure it's been done to death already but I want to do a high contrast look. Any suggestions on how to keep my original chrome pieces but turn them into a glossy black? Thinking of turning my orange bits into white/clear as well if possible.

Get the plasti-dip spray and then the gloss coating (glossifier).

Be careful though....I heard once you start, you'll want to plasti-dip everything on your car!

The scuttles can be replaced in clear through "Outmotoring.com" I have done it and its much better than the "egg yolks". The front signal lights are already done I see. The fender flares....I've seen European replacements that are clear and snap right into the current spots. I think though depending on the state, that there has to be amber lights to denote turn signals. Better check with your states regulations before totally eliminating the amber. You can get, though, the European chrome light bulbs that burn yellow. Check "Coopersport.com" for those. Chrome to gloss black.........paint them.

Just an iPhone snapshot but I thought it would be cool to share with the Pepper White guys and gals.



The only source of lighting were the headlights bouncing off of the closed garage door. Forgot to turn on the front fog lamps.

I was out hangin' around a former Navy landing strip where Super storm Sandy "storm damaged" cars are being stored until auction. Lighting was pretty cool...
