Found an 'eyes' window shade.

Since the official Lightning McQueen window shade that was given out by State Farm can't be found anymore, I just found this and ordered it. They also have a mean skull eyes looking one, but meh. We'll see how it is when I get it.

I got this one: http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp from Bavauto.

It's cut to fit the mini windshield exactly, so it stays in place well and doesn't let any light through. I like it.
