Way Motor Works?

Why does their website never work correctly? I've registered and logged in, but it doesn't recognize that I am logged in. When I try and add something to "my Cart" it just gives me an error stating "my Cart" is empty. I've wanted to order parts from them for ages. But I keep going back to the website to see if they've fixed it yet and it's still messed up. How do they stay in business? Is everybody here ordering via phone?

Wow, thanks for letting me rant.

*EDIT* Well I guess it must be a browser problem on my end I just tried it from a firefox browser and the website works correctly.

Have you contacted them about your problem? Many people will stand behind this business, as they are very active in the community and provide great service to their customers.

I've attempted to use the "contact us" form letter link on their website. Since there is no actual email address listed, but it seems like it might be doing the same thing that the rest of the site is when I try to add an item to my cart. It just disappears.

So does anyone else order from their website? With no problems?

What's wrong with picking up the phone? I personally have never ordered from their website, so I can't comment. I've always had good luck contacting vendors and ordering via phone. Direct confirmation of your order and personalized service

I've ordered using FireFox on my Mac and no problems at all. WMW is a legit and trustworthy outfit, you can't go wrong with Way.

Way is one of the best distributer's I have ever delt with, PERIOD.

Not verry many people will hold off other phone calls, while you need to get dressed and run to the phone center across the FOB you are living on in Iraq, just so you can order a part, but he did exactly that for me. Or if you call him needing a belt tensioner tool right now and dont care how mutch it costs, he is the man that can have it on the other side of the country and on your doorstep before most people eat breakfast.

I have never had a problem with the website, but wouldnt hesitate for a second to give him a call, or send a personal email if I did.

We haven't had any problems with the site that I know of. Please let me know what browser your using so I can check for errors. In the meantime if you can't order through the site, just call the shop.

OK, computer guy to help out. There are a few factors involved. The foremost is making sure you have an up-to-date browser. I'm pretty sure a minimum of IE v6 and Firefox v2 will work just fine.

The next is browser settings. Specifically with IE, this gets complicated very quickly. Go to Tools --> Internet Options, then click the <Security> tab. If your normal Internet option is set to a custom level, click on the <Default level> button to reset it. Alternatively, you can click the "Trusted Sites" option, click the <Sites> button, and add Way's web address to the list (you will have to uncheck the option for requiring a secure address).

Click the <Privacy> tab. The default setting is Medium. Finally, click the <Advanced> tab. For secure communications, including purchases, make sure all of the SSL and TLS options are checked.

I just placed my first order with them today. I registered and paid in like 3 mins. Everything worked like a charm. Sounds like you have browser issues.

You forgot one...

Lastly, clear the cache as you may have a stored file (perhaps from another site) that is causing problems with WMW.

I must admit that I've heard only good things about Way but yesterday confirmed that it's true. I placed a called to order a part but got an answering machine, thinking to myself that this is going to take forever. Didn't leave a message as had been done in the past with other vendors with a long wait for a return call or none at all. Within a few minutes, Way took the initiative and curtesy to call back . My order was immediately taken care of and all questions answered. That was definately a first - - - Thanks
