What about MINI of Edison or MINI of New Brunswick

Just kidding. That's one more dealership within striking range, which might make shopping for a 2011 next year more interesting.

Wow! Lots of new dealerships are opening up. MINI of Monmouth just opened and it's looking awesome. The building has a different look-- kinda bigger and more industrial than I've seen in the past. I live in Long Branch, so I'll probably be servicing there but i guess Mt. Laurel is a good location for the South Jersey and Philly motorers.

With the news of more MINI models being introduced, this makes sense.

They put up the sign on the building today.

The lot is FULL of Minis.

Looks like they're ready to open the doors any day now.

I drove by around 12 today, must have put it up later in the day.

I was shocked how many minis were their on the lot, Its crazy! has to be one of the largest mini dealers i have seen. as nice as it will be to have a dealer this close im a litle upset about how many MORE minis and grocery geters we will see around here.

Or maybe everyone in the Princeton area will come down to mt. laurel and go back up . With traffic in the mornings and afternoons i think it will still be closer for me to go to Mini of the Mainline

I drove by about 5:00 PM thurs. afternoon.

Their website says they're partying starting at 10:00 AM on Sat.

They do have a lot of inventory.

The Mini on the roof is a fake....but it sure looks real. And the headlights work too!

Nice people.

Lots of inventory.

I got too busy looking that I forgot to eat a free hotdog!

It is the biggest Mini store that I've been in.

Much bigger than Princeton or Otto's. Lots of new Minis on the lot. I'd guess maybe 100. Even a Red over Black JCW.

There are offices along the back and not all are occupied/finished. There are two lounge areas with tvs and 6 or so Minis on the showroom floor. It's not a crowded floor space. I didn't see the service area.

They did have the four-way flashers going on some of the cars (which I thought was kind of annoying). But it is 'marketing'.

They took my email address. I'll watch and see how long it takes before they send anything.

I bought my Mini at Otto's. They still send me their in-house BMW newsletter, although they've never personally contacted me.

I ordered my MINI that day they had the hotdog vendor...it was a very exciting day for me! They opened their doors the Monday before. I'm still waiting on her to come in, but it should be, hopefully, within the week.

They were very nice and I won one of the cooler bags they were giving away. It is a 6 pack cooler bag containing 3 mini footballs in white, blue and black, a can koozie, stickers, lollypops, a mini keychain and a mini tie tack/label pin...very cool! :P The logo on the cooler and koozie is "MINI Bootgating."

The place was nicely full. I was there most of the day, because we kept on trying to find either a MINI or Clubman with the features we decided on...and the saleswoman was being extremely helpful. They told us if we bought something off the lot and took it home today, we'd be their first official delivery and get stuff, and have our picture in the dealership. We tried hard to find something in the lot, but nothing came close.

My hubby did not want me to get a MINI at first, because he was worried it would not 'feel safe' being in such a small car, but after test driving the clubman himself, he OK'ed it.

Still waiting to get behind the wheel....are we there yet?

Congrats.....

There used to be a website where you could go and it would tell you exactly where the ship with your Mini was as it crossed the Pond.

That was the longest part of the wait....the boat sure moved slowly!!!!

And, my co-workers really got bored with my daily position updates to them.

(They didn't seem to be as excited as me.....)

I knew it was in Bayonne (sp?) before my MA called to tell me.

Enjoy your Mini.

Thanks! I checked out the site where it gives all the instructions on how to see where the boat is, but none seem to work for me, I just know she is supposed to dock tomorrow in Canada, and 2 days later at the NY (Jersey City) dock...but I do not know how soon it will be till I get her from then. I was hoping I could get her by this weekend... what do you think?

Just ordered my mini from them beginning of this week. The place is much nicer then the other ones in jersey, not to mention it's not a 2 hour long haul.
