Oh it is great to drive! It has brought back the fun of driving for me. And the heated seats are great. My wife and daughter think those are the greatest thing about the car
I'm looking forward to the chance to get it up into the mountains sometime soon so I can really enjoy it - before there is too much snow and ice up there. My drive to work includes a nice bit of windy road with not a lot of traffic on it at 6am. And in sport mode the engine is developing a really nice pop and burble

I'm getting super excited about ordering my Mini Countryman S! I can understand what you mean about losing the excitement of driving. I can't wait to catch that again! I love driving but it's become such a pain with my current car. So ready to trade in my Pontiac for something with more power!

Took my pastor for a spin today in my new-to-me Mini. He approved... said God probably did, too (referencing C.S. Lewis' 'Screwtape Letters').

My brother in law who is a Christian just finished his 1st book and it will come out in mid May this year . He has a great story about his life as a baseball coach , but not your average guy . He is a double amputee who has coached college and high school baseball and tells his inspirational life story . I am a member of NAM and also a christian and trying to help a brother-in-law get his book out to the public . His book is endorsed by Johnny Bench , Bobby Bowden , Dale Brown , Lou Holtz , Paul Mainieri , Mike Martin , Joe Maddon and Josh Hamilton . Thanks for your time ! For more info . Ha I removed my stripes and left the adhesive behind. In the process of removing the adhesive and I have scratched a quarter size hole in the clear coat. Long story short, I have prayed and prayed for help because I can't believe I did this. Estimate to remove adhesive and fix paint was over 800. It has been difficult to stay calm and rational but praying and talking through all of the amazing parts of my life ie kids wife family faith shelter heat ac! & pizza have made it possible for me to carry on "like" a normal "human being". Thanks Lord for helping me see the big picture. Although it seems like the worst thing to ever happen to "me", it's really just nothing. or at least nothing $827.25 can fix.hehe. I'll say a prayer for my fellow MINI travelers, please do the same.
