Campers for a Mini?

We are looking for a camper to tow behind our Mini (for just two). What are you towing to camp in?

I like some of the teardrops, especially the ones with the screen room additions.

Thanks
Jack

HI Jack, I know there are a few threads talking about Tear Drops and motorcycle campers too. If you do a search for them I bet you'll get all the info you need.

For a little history, here is a motorhome conversion of a classic Mini (it was actually based on the Mini Pickup):

As you can see from the extra licence plate on the back, this WildGoose is now in the US.

That WildGoose is too cool. Any pics of the inside? Kind of like an old VW Camper I had with a pop-up.

Little Guy Teardrop Trailers have some small lightweight designs that should be ok.

I hear they go where they're towed to.

The bed was actually made on the floor - that red roll is a fabric upper children's bunk.

There was also a 'deluxe' model with a parallel lifting top:

Thanks Andrew, brings back great memories of camping in my 58 Bus with the Sundial Camper Kit, years before the westies.
