Yah, the Candy Apple Red is always a good color.

I cannot stand blingmobiles. There were a few at AMVIV, one with hydraulics, one with a truck horn I wanted to beat severely, another that was all stereo....

GAH!

Well, as we say in the car bidness, these's an a$$ for every seat!

I like the Candy Apple Red tho!

Someone spent some serious money on this car......

Well, it's not my cup of tea, but it appears that the modifications were done well, so if there's a buyer out there that likes it, this would be his chance to get the car for a fraction of what it would cost to duplicate it on his own.

And MINIdave - I like the "*** for every seat" quote. I had the same thing happen when I bought my last Ducati motorcycle. The previous owner had dropped some serious cash on a custom paint job and Marchesini magnesium wheels. The modifications probably turned off a lot of buyers, but I loved them, so I essentially ended up getting the $2000 paint job and $2500 wheels for free, since the selling price wasn't much more than an equivalent stock Ducati would have gone for.

Overall it's pretty badass. There are some things I would have left out.

Agreed... abominable! But... the more I look at it.... the less I dislike it! The colour really is quite nice... it's just the fender flairs... they make the car look way too agressive. Let the MINI be cute!

If they left the doors alone I'd like it more.

When I checked the link, and saw the whole body kit, I threw up a little in my mouth. The front and rear add-ons are horrible. Looks like it has a glandular problem.

I mean you can't DO anything with this car but show it off. The screens in the rear hatch kind of prohibit packing anything back there. NO2? Give me a break! What are you going to do with that? Fast and Furious nonsense with all the extra weight of the video system and such?

Somebody put the poor thing out of it's misery.

REMEMBER! Just because you CAN do a thing, does not mean you SHOULD do a thing.

cool in their realm, but destruction of the original theme

Guess I am in the minority. Not my cup of tea, meaning I wouldnt pay for something like that to be done to my car, nor would I pay for it after it had been done. But overall it is very well done for what it is. Sort of like looking at abstract art. I may not understand it, but I can still appreciate the beauty for what it is.

The one thing that stands out is the elimination of the ugly black plastic trim that runs around the bottom of every MINI. It's the one thing about the overall MINI design I never liked. It looks cheap, and is cheap.
Other than that, it's not the car for me, although it will get you noticed!

Any bets on whether or not it has a light system UNDER the car?

Only saving grace is the fenders. Finally enough wheel well clearance to mount something a bit wider than a bicycle tire.

ditch the lambos and the wide body kit, and you have a decent Mini.

I have to vote for ABOMINATION!

Just what the world needs... another "Pimp my Ride" auto... blech!

I hurts to think that this was once a MINI!
