Roof graphic vendors? Your choice, and why.

Hey everyone!

Wolfeee asked me to post this for her, since she's out and about. I'm actually considering a roof graphic as well, and would also appreciate this info.

So, the question is...Who did you use for your roof graphic, why did you choose them, and were you happy with the end result?

Thanks!

I've gotta say my favorite Clubbie graphic is that helipad from Mini, but can't comment otherwise since my roof "graphic" is a sunroof. I guess this post is a little lame, but I really do like the helipad...

Why...I'm biased..I know the owner and I've seen lots of the work they do.

AggieMini11, I talked to AC about the theme I wanted and they worked up two concept overlays for me to consider. One you see installed. The other was a Texas flag for the front fender A panel - similar to the Union Jack already in this thread. The flag was presented as if the pole/staff was horizontal - Blue field on top, Red field to the front on the left side, and reversed on the right. With the roof flag, and the shuttle flag my wife thought the A panel was to much Texas. We do intend to travel outside of the Republic and did not want to overly antagonize.
If you would like I could find the proposals but would have to put it in a regular email. I am forum - gallery challenged. ajm

'My' opinion is - They both have quality material and process. The question seems to be - is which of these suppliers has the graphic / design that completes the theme you want your MINI to project. Call each and chat. If you want your own custom design put to Vinyl - call them and chat. I believe my Texas shuttles were the first one's done by AC and as a 'Custom' request it was pain free.

One more word on the roof graphic: LadyGodiva I see you have the Premium package which implies you have a moon roof. My flag is of the solid variety (not perforated). You can not see through this material.
I pick this material because MINI folk in the Houston area complain about the fish net sun screen that does little to protect from the Hot summer sun. My hope was to eliminate that issue with the flag. After two months ownership I find I miss seeing through the glass. After the 2009 summer season I will decide whether the sun protection is worth the loss of sky view. Even though I like the look and style, perhaps I will remove the flag at that time. PS : My normal commute is not conducive to motoring with the glass open.

Thanks moe-jiller!

I would never opt for the solid. I love my sunroof, and wouldn't want anything getting in the way of seeing through the glass.
