iPhone ProClip Pic

I'm most likely going to end up with a ProClip iPhone mount, but I'm concerned how the Tilt Swivel version looks. Does anyone have a pic of the iPhone cradle with the cable pass-through mounted in their car? I'm interested in shots form the driver and passenger side. The mount looks like it would be rather ugly since it has that large tilt/swivel mechanism on the back and I would like to see some real world shots before I bite the bullet.

The Kuda is nice and all, but "overpriced" would be an understatement.

I took some pictures of my Zune proclip tilt and swivel. The base is the same for all coopers and the tilty bracket is very similar to that iphone one, slightly thinner it appears.

Here's the rest of the set from the various angles: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jonabad...7606848257268/

Thanks for the pics!

How did you extend your iPod cable? The cable my car came with is pretty short and would not reach up behind the steering wheel like you have yours. Also, how hard was it to install? Looks like you had to (gasp!) drill holds in your dash.

Nopee, no holes in my dash. The kuda base uses metal tabs that slip up under the dash panels to keep it secure. The cable is the dice rds ipod kit.

Sounds like Kuda uses the same method as Proclip to slip between the dash panels. Doesn't ever shift and its removable.

Kuda and Dice G20

Im thinking about mounting a Dice g20 (with Passthrough) to a kuda base and hiding the ipod wire extender that will go down to the y-cable. I was really looking for a way to just drop in my iphone and not have to deal with reattaching a cable each time.

Anyone have any experience in this? especially with the Dice cradle or hiding the wires?
