Do OEM Driving Lights (R56/R55) Come with Covers?

I am in the process of getting driving lights for my Clubman, does anyone know the OEM comes with cover or not. What about the Hella 500, does it include cover?

The OEM driving lights come in two flavors, black or chrome. The chrome ones come with white covers, the black ones come with black covers.

You can buy the covers separately if you prefer one color cover over the other.

Mine came with white, which didn't look very good. I replaced them with the black ones. I had painted the white ones but found the paint chipped off really easy. The factory black are solid black, not painted.

I have tried in vain to get a part number for the R56 black driving light covers. Got a part number?

The parts guy at my dealer said I couldn't get them separately.

I got them from Morristown Mini. They had to contact Mini directly to find a part number.

That is for 1 cover, not a pair.

Pelicanparts lists them for $13.00 a piece. Not sure what morristown is selling them for.

Those white covers are a giant pain in the *** to remove - especially in cold weather. I just leave them off these days. Which I'll probably regret when the first stone hits one.
