Towne MINI - Williamsville NY - Dealings / Impressions?
Hi folks,
I'm seriously considering a MINI and wondering how many of you have dealt with Towne MINI in Williamsville NY. I'd like to hear it all: good, bad, or indifferent. Sales / service, whathaveyou. I've heard some good things (about sales) and some not so good things (about service). For my situation, they're the only dealer that makes sense for sales and service, but I want to know how all your dealings with them have been thus far.
Please give it to me straight 'cuz I only have one shot to 'do this right'.
Thanks much!

Bump.
Overall I have had a good experience there. The ordering and delivery was top notch. Floormats are usually thrown in (they were for me). My only complaint is I always had a hard time getting a hold of my MA over the phone.
I have no experience with the service area.

I bought a Mini from Towne in 2003 (from Greg Korduba), and have all my service work there. They have been very nice people to deal with in all my interactions with them, from ordering, sales, service, and body shop work. Mark in Mini service is extremely knowledgeable, and everyone there is helpful when you walk in the showroom.
i bought a left-over '7 mini s off the lot on jan. 31st. took the train to buffalo from rome on valentines day, paul will from towne mini came to pick me up at the station, bought me a beef on a weck and had me headed back east to my restaurant in time to serve dinner that night.
so far 13,659 trouble-free miles as of today [knock wood].
as of now i am still enjoying the whole experience with towne mini.
i have not yet had to go for any service. for me the closer option for service would be keeler mini in latham. so far no contact with them other than me calling to ask about impending 15,000 mile scheduled service, they said"no problema come on over."
have you gotten a mini yet?

I just bought a new Clubman from Paul Will at Towne. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole buying experience. I can't really comment from personal exp. yet on service, but had talked to several people in the Buffalo area that had good things to say.
