Motorswag has horrible customer satisfaction.

http://miniswag.stores.yahoo.net/index.html

I spent alot and custom ordered electric blue mini eyes from them, they took a month to get and i was so excited, but then i relized even after waiting that whole time he sent me the wrong color. instead of eb he sent me green. so i emailed him several times and after being ignored he finally sent me an email 3 months later sayin he would send them out, and now its been another month and he still hasnt sent them and is still ignoring my emails.

so now im stuck with putting these on my car and im out the money.

Same happened to me

We had the same thing happen last month. We have sent numerous emails, even filed a claim with Paypal and since the money was already gone from their Paypal account we just have to deal with them getting our money for nothing!

It's interesting that he's claiming TM on things like "mini swag".

Anyhow... here's a link to contact info from another thread:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co....php?p=2189103

My suggestion would be to contact Yahoo about the shenanigans since they're hosting his site. On top of that, if you're certain the above contact info is correct, you can look at contacting the Attorney General for his locale to lodge a complaint: http://ag.ca.gov/contact/complaint_form.php?cmplt=CL

There are probably more ways you can seek relief, but the further you get the more likely you should see a lawyer. You could always try to find out if the business has the proper tax registration certificate for Los Angeles County...

If they are claiming TM on mini accessories maybe you can alert BMW/MINI to see if they would go after them for infringement.

OK - I am new to whole forum terminology - what does TM stand for? And why is it interesting that I am claiming it against Miniswag?

Isn't that trademark? I think they're referring to Miniswag, not you.

I tried ordering from Miniswag twice three months ago and got nothing after a month's wait. They ignored emails I sent directly to them, so I filed a complaint with Paypal. Within a few days of filing, Miniswag refunded the money back to my Paypal account.

Amazingly poor service. Don't be shy about using Paypal's complaint service, it seems to be the only thing that Miniswag listens to.

I wish that I had seen this thread before ordering from Motorswag. Stay away from them. They do not respond at all to repeated emails but have no trouble taking the money. I have also since learned that an ebay transaction that I had trouble with earlier in the year was also with the owner of Motorswag but under a different name. That transaction required filing a claim with PayPal before it was resolved. I plan to take this one all the way to the State Attorney General if I have to. Bad vendors should not be allowed to taint good ones.

Don't be shy about filing a complaint through PayPal against Motorswag. That seems to be the only thing he'll listen to. You did use PayPal, I hope...
