That just reminded me of my friend's 350Z that has pictorial instructions under the hatch on how to fit two golf bags in the back of the Z. Pretty funny that golf bags are what comes to mind for someone with a 350Z

If anything, I have learned that Jalopnick is not to be trusted or taken with a grain of salt about anything automotive.

I need those turbos. Oh, and you better throw on those Carbon Ceramic brakes. Wait, that's how much more?

if you notice on the parts builder/configurator you can add several sets of wheels... at 2500 a set those JCW wheels will add up fast. not too mention all the roof rack goodies. i'm sure you could hit a pretty high number like say 55k pretty quick

Well back in 2003, I loaded up my Cooper with most of the available options except for cold weather and the aero kit---that came out to about $24K. Course a lot of options have since been added. Where's the fun in specing all the optons at once?? lol. You gotta spread it out over time......

They purposefully bought everything a la carte, and rejected all of the packages, so it's not like this little 'exercise' has any basis in reality whatsoever.

I thought this was some contest of thiers to find the highest prices, or the biggest difference between MSRP and optioned price. Anyway, I find it hilarious that the porche suv could have options worth 2x as much as the car itself.

After looking at the site they choose everything separately. If they had got some packages it would not have been that much.

The use the Canadian website for the SmartCar, which of course will show Canadian dollars (higher number than US dollars).

This whole list is bogus.

Even though the dollars are at par, the Canadian prices will still be higher. Cars just cost more up there

I think the award should go to GM for the 1969 ZL1 Camaro. A $3000 Camaro with a $5500 option.
