So. California after the rains...

Hi all,

There was a break in the recent week-long rain storms we've been having in southern California today and I decided to go out motoring. The recent storms were cold and brought some snow to the local area mountains...so I wanted to take a look around and get some new photos of the MINI. Attached are a couple pics with more in my gallery.

It was a pretty day early, that eventually turned to rain again by nightfall. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Cheers!

Nice! Even though we live close to the beach, we can see the snow capped mountains from our upstairs windows - it was gorgeous over the weekend during the small breaks we had when the sun came out here and there.

Yep - we're definitely ready for a little weather break. I know we have no reason to complain as we do need the rain badly, but it would be nice to get it in small doses...

I used to live in San Diego, and it was always so much fun to go to LA after a good rain storm, you could actually see the mountains, and even Catalina Island!

Hahaha - we love those prevailing winds which blow the smog out to sea and down to San Diego!

You're welcome.

I'll trade your rain for a dose of -22F daytime highs...
