A friend of mine told me he'd had problems with the ASK-MINI road service recently. He'd hit a curb on a busy frontage road, and the car was disabled. So is he--wheelchair only--and couldn't get out to inspect the damage or do anything since the traffic was too fast. He called ASK-MINI and told them the street he was on, and the two streets he was between. Also explained that he was in a traffic lane and used a wheelchair. Couldn't get help--they said they couldn't figure out where he was! He wound up calling his road service plan with Geico, and had no problems with the tow.

Our MA told us this service is AAA, but if they won't even put the request through...

Anyone have this problem? It sounds pretty scary to me!
