Well, Mrs. Mr. Jim has gotten a job with Celestion and they are based here in New Jersey and the home office in Ipswich England. So she has to go for training and guess who gets to go along!
We are leaving tonight and have already hooked up with the East Coast MINI Club for a Friday night meet at a local pub in Ipswich.

I see that Ipswich also has a MINI dealer, so I'm going to try and test drive the Clubman!!

We'll have the laptop with us so I'll try to post some pics as the week goes by.

Enjoy... I miss being able to hop over to England, go grocery shopping and then fly back to Germany. 1 hour flight makes shopping a blast.. Keep us up to date.. can't wait to see pics!

 

Killer...... enjoy the UK!! There is a huge MINI gathering at the "Ace Cafe", just outside the London / Ashford area !! The place rocks in the summer.. they have a web site, might want to check them out!!

The trains and public trans will make you flip out on how easy it is to get around.. so DONT stay in one place... Enjoy the dollar to Pound exchange....lol Dont forget the London town red bus, or the ICE CREAM...

I don't, the Mrs. will be in work 9-5 so I'll have plenty of time to check stuff out. We'll be there for a week.

 

Right! We've been having a blast so far, lots of pubs, lots of MINI's! Went to local MINI dealer yesterday, checked out the clubman, unfortunatily the only one they had left was in the showroom. Got some pictures and some cool swag. I'll be posting some pictures tomorrow, as I have had one too many pints today to work on the pictures. The local mini club is going to pick us up on Friday night for a night out the pub. Gte to see some modded MINI's. So far just have seen the veryday MINI's and a few classiacs. Very cool!
