I saw one of these just west of Chicago just yesterday. I was un-sure about when PH was pulled so I thought I was seeing things. I go over there often so I will keep the camera handy.

My SB/S - showing a little bit of the greenish tint you get sometimes.

I've never seen a velvet red in person. From pictures it looks a lot like the Night Fire Red. Is it as close to it as it looks?

I've never seen a velvet red in person either. I think it's darker than the NFR but I'd love to see the two next to each other.

Velvet red can go toward a dark walnut brown in some conditions. I understand 30 or so MINIs were painted a chocolate brown for some Hershey's giveaway. There's a velvet red around town and every time I see it my first reaction is 'a Hershey's car!"

I really like Silk Green, I'd go for something like that for MINI #2, if they don't make an Oregon State Beaver Orange.

I really like the Silver roof option! I think my favorite retired color is Hot Orange! If they still had it, I would have had a really tough choice deciding if I wanted to go that route or with my Laser Blue (which I love ).

That Silk Green is weird...I would love to see more photos of that! Space Blue is pretty sweet looking with the silver roof.

*sigh* Someday if something horrible were to happen and Clara were to need a full paint job, THIS would be it...

t's funny I really liked the Gold and the Silk green
They're both such great classic compact car colors. The silk green reminds me of the robin egg blue that bugs used to come in, and the gold brings back memories of my dad's omni (the earliest family car I can clearly remeber)

My minis BRG/w not because it was my favorite color on the car but because I felt like getting any other color was like buying a Ferrari in any color other then red.

My favorite mini color combo is the royal gray with the black top and stripes (even better I saw one at MTS in DC with a grayscale british flag top)
