lol well they pretty well known for their great customer service and what not. I myself and many others haven't had many problems with them, but you can't really expect them to be flawless. Sucks that you had to be one of the people though. ;/

 

They say it's an MCS, but have pictured an MC.

Doesn't say much for the graphics department.

yup....I ordered some software, expedited + overnight shipping to my remote office. three days later I checked back to get tracking info and they canceled my order and raised the price 20%. Tried calling, tried LiveHelp. While waiting for assistance, I ordered on amazon.com for the same price and $4 for overnight shipping (Amazon Prime rocks!). By the time the NewEgg LiveHelp agent came on, I told them to cancel the account.

I've dealt with them before many times and I agree...they do a good job. When you get let down in a pinch...well....I'm not risking it again with them unless their price is sub-market norm.

 

I've not had any problems with them...other than their sending me this contest email the next day after I put down an order on a new '07 MCS. Ah, well. There's always room for more MINIs.
