MINI factory - Flooded?

Does anyone know if the MINI factory (in Oxford) has survived all the flooding in that region? I haven't been able to find any news on this topic...

I have been wondering the same thing. I remember seeing some video showing flooding in Oxford.

I saw on Fox News last weekend where they were interviewing a lot of people from Oxford who were waiting for the flood level to rise even further & some were evacuating. My 1st though was OH MY I wonder if the MINI plant has flooded but I guess Fox didn't deem it newsworthy as there was no mention

Here's a starting point to look for information.

I saw this yesterday

"Nikolai Glies, of BMW, said production had not been affected. "On Friday, about 80 to 100 people came in late or had to go home early, but their work was covered by colleagues who stayed late."

I would say our valiant MINI elves are still hard at work to make our dreams come true!! Hopefully they remain safe!
