Because I dont see any info on an event for this year. Sad, I wanted to go :(

 

I heard something about there might be another one sometime to kickoff the release of the Clubman, but yeah I just heard that

 

Right now, yes. But has previously mentioned, it is rumoured to have another one for the Clubman, which is (again rumoured) to be ending in Florida.

 

Hope not. I would like to do the next one!

I would look to 2008, but I would not hold my breath for the Seattle to Miami run as rumored. I would guess it will follow a similar path ending in NJ.

 

MINIUSA has already stated that they want to do an event like MTTS here every 2 years. So 2008 should bring another event.

 

I remember hearing on white roof radio podcast that MINI USA is in the planning stages for another MTTS for 08......im sure we'll start to hear more about it soon!

 

The planning/considerations have begun and the power's that be are looking to us for input and interest. I am not a very frequent participant on these boards because I am so active in my club but I wanted to pass this along because MTTS was so awesome! I hope you will all raise a fuss and pass along all your best ideas and enthusiam to MINI USA who did an amazing job last year with all their heart and soul in it.

Maybe not as unlikely as you seem to think...

Seattle to Florida was actually a suggested by one of the MINI execs if you were listening at the right place and time and is supposedly still under serious consideration.

For them to run the same route again would be as likely as them having MINI United in the same location year-after-year. Not gonna happen.

 

We heard the same thing at MTTS in Monterey...
