I think that's all, i'm not sure because european options are not exactly the same as yours...

 

Yours is almost identical to mine and I am in the US. I didn't get the Nav system as I have a Garmin I can use. I have a manual transmission, I don't have heated mirrors unless they are there and I just don't know it. Other than that, everything else is identical to mine it sounds like.

 

Sounds fantastic!!! But am I missing something? today is April 12 - shouldn't you have her already?

...this colour hides dirt incredibly well! It looks a different shade with winter grime on it, but it never looks... dirty.

How is your weath over there.. It's been in the 87-90's since Friday.. Great topdown weather in northwestern Pa. Got the mini just in time.. Here are a couple more photos for everyone..

 

Hey Gem, I'm ok, how about you? That "Free Mini" thread was fun until it took that ugly turn, so I had to step out of it. Nothing really new here; still no job. I hope that I can get this latest extension on unemployment! For now we still have both MINIs, but it looks like the red one is gonna have to be sold.

I'm so sorry, I don't think it was anything personal really.
I'm finally working, 2 weeks now. I was at another place for 3 weeks and really disliked it, so kept looking. But it is nice to have a paycheck again...

Please please don't say you have to get rid of the red one!!! I'm sooo sorry, I hope it doesn't come to that. I have noticed a few more posting for jobs then last we talked. Keep looking, and i'll send you good vibes. I'm sending you a pm on what i thought helped me find something.

 

Whether it was personal or not, I just find it difficult to deal with immaturity from people much older than me.

Congrats on the good job; I suppose a bad job is better than none at all, but at least now you have something better.

Hey, at least if the red one goes, I'll still have the much nicer SS. We loaned out the red one and I hadn't driven it in well over a 2 months. It was weird; I'm so used to the SS.

I think something good will come to me soon, moneywise. Just a feeling I have. I guess we'll see!

Hi, ya'll!! I'm new here and I don't actually have my mini, yet. I'm from Oklahoma and I bought a 2007 sparkling silver sidewalk JCW from Cali. Going to get it on May 20th. I am so excited!!! My husband & I are flying out there and then driving back to OK. Just wondering if anyone has ever driven that far in a mini? Not too worried about it, but we are used to a much bigger vehicle. We are driving back through Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Can't wait to see the beautiful scenery with the top down. Anyway, just thought I would introduce myself and I will post pics after I get home from our long trip across the country.

Welcome to the unofficial SS club! You will love your car and your color choice. I personally haven't driven a MINI that far (our longest is from San Diego to San Francisco and back), but I'm sure you'll enjoy your ride! Be sure to wear some sunscreen! Can't wait to see pics. I bet your car looks a lot like Gemgirl's SS sidewalk edition.

 

Rick and I, 3 friends, 3 MINIs and 2 dogs just got back from MINIs on the Dragon (MOTD) in North Carolina. It's about 900 miles each way and, of course, all the driving in between. The MINI is suprisingly comfortable to travel in, you just need to pack well so the driver can see out the back window.

Do you happen to have tint on your car? And if so, what kind/%? My SS/W is still in production but I'm trying to get some ideas so I'm ready when it gets here.

BTW – What's the deal with SS and Redwood Lounge? Not knocking it at all (My SS has Redwood), but that combo just seems to pop up a lot.
