Finally something on Speed that I want to watch.

 

I can't tell you how angry I am that ***, my provider, doesn't offer SPEED anymore!!! I don't even know why I still have my TV!

i missed your mini at barber last weekend. what happened?

 

Not this year as Forced induction isn't allowed and the Cooper wouldn't make enough power to compete. But next year they are going to allow forced induction and i can imagine they'll be some MCS's in the hunt!

 

The GT class was fun to watch -- wish I could say the same for the ST class that the Nuzzo team was running in, but SPEED Channel barely covered that group at all. The most coverage the MINI received was a refuel under green. I wonder what happened in the last 20 minutes or so, as the Nuzzo car dropped three spots from what I was hoping was going to be a 2nd place finish in ST.

 

You guys had a great performance, You were eating up those high price over powered autos. Congrats. Fun to watch. Had a nice comments from critics and a fine closeup in the pit. Again great finish.
Next time in Fl. I'll be there.

 

We were looking at the GT cars at Laguna Seca and we noticed a few of them(mustangs and I believe a 928 GTS) had superchagers. Very interesting.

 

Cool! Can't wait to see them there.

 

I watched the race Sunday and if you missed it you missed some great MINI footage. Shane Lewis was burning up the VMI track. Good stuff.

 

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Team Nuzzo last year at the Inaugural Race of the Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama! Great bunch of guys and Shane is a HOTTIE!

:smile: It was AWESOME to see Shane start at #37 and race up to 3rd for a bit (and I mean amongst the WHOLE field!!) Good showing!

Oh, no...he didn't look pleased at all. I checked the entry list and I didn't see the Nuzzo team listed for the california speedway race. Bummer, I was thinking I might cruise on down and check it. Oh, and catch the races too.:smile:

 

i was only able to wathc the last hour of it, and when i saw it was in the lead ahead of the rsx. and then next thing i knew it was in 2nd, and then i guess it dropped down to 5th. i saw hardly no footage of the mini,however it was constantly being referred to and praised. all in all, very good showing.
