and input my VIN into the cargo ID and says no records is found.
Even on the Owner's Lounge, it's updated to En-route!

So i know Owner's Lounge is usually slow..
Am i going to the wrong site?

It is possible that your car is not on a WW ship. Where are you located? I know some whose cars have to go through the Panama Canal were on different lines. ARC Line is another used by MINI.

 

my car is coming to Southern California.
My 06 mini came in from Oxnard before i think.....

 

Ask your MA for the vessel name. It is in their system.

 

Have you called 866-ASK-MINI?
Depending on when your car left port, it will take a few days until the VIN shows up. It took ours a few days until it showed up on the WW site. I know there were a few on here whose VIN's were never on the WW site. Unfortunately there isn't a way to track VINs on the ARC website.

My e92 bmw was missing from all systems for two weeks. Freaked me out! It finally turned up on US soil.. sad I didn't get to track the vessel... :(

Exciting news!!! Your new MINI was loaded onto the Ship: DAEDALUS LEADER at the Southampton Port in England on December 28th. It is estimated to arrive at the Oxnard, California BMW/MINI Vehicle Distribution Center by January 21th.

The big unknown factor which we have no control over is how fast the MINIs are released from Port and shipped by truck to the Dealership. Once it arrives at port, I’ll get a regular update which I’ll let you know when it will be ready for pickup.

Did you order a Countryman? They are shipped from Bremerhaven, Germany. Your MA needs to update their template but it's nice to see they provided all the detail.

 

My MA called me today and said on ship arrives on the 16. So end of Jan.
