How does this NM part impact torque steer?

I have seen the claims but don't understand. Can someone explain what this does regarding torque steer?

Torque Steer

OK, I know it can be a challenge to deal with, but you just need to hold onto the steering wheel with two hands when not shifting.

I've spent lots of time and money mitigating the torque steer and it is at a tolerable level now. The only time it really gets unruly is when bump steer happens. (pot holes, very uneven expansion joints, etc)

I've lowered the car, put front and rear strut tower braces, a 20mm rear sway bar, and one size over non-run flats (summer only, stiff sidewall, very sticky).

The car really handles nicely. My 2009 JCW is a much better car than my old 2003 MCS. But it did take some extra $$$ to get it there.

So when you step on the gas with your stock setup, the motor shifts around in the engine bay, and causes the force to not be directly put into the wheels. So when you stiffen the bushings with that insert, the motor doesn't rock as much and the force gets translated to the wheels, helping minimize torque steer. I did a similar mod on my old mazda and it made a huge difference, however you will notice more cabin noise and vibration.

P.S. factory JCW, not build-up fwiw.
This is not true (at least not at my dealer--Global Mini in Atlanta) I had the upgrade done on both my 09 Factory JCW and my '10 Factory JCW---it made a significant difference in the driveablity of both cars, particularly under hard acceleration coming out of a turn.
