Brake dust

Wow ! How soft are the 2009 brake pads on the JCW, I got the most brake dust I ever seen after only five days. Pads will be gone in no time at this rate. There not dragging or sticking.

I'd suggest getting rid of the OEM pads and go w/ceramic. They'll do 1ders! I traded mine out last year and haven't looked back.

A treatment with ReJex does wonders with the ease of removing brake dust.

Follow the directions and a second treatment in 24 hours protects for at least two years.

When I did tire rotation, the only part of back side of wheels that needed scrubbed was where I could not reach from front with ReJex.

As time goes on, the rate of dusting seems to go down. Still happens, but considerably reduced.

I'll also 2nd that about ReJex!

wow 2 years! may need to try this... I got this Armorall wheel protection stuff, that I just happened to see while getting some glass cleaner and you just spray it on after a wash and it makes the wheels look incredible, and the dust barely sticks anymore

Have u used Rejex on the entire car, or just the wheels? I read their instructions and it stated that the curing has 2 be done out of the elements. I don't have a garage, so I guess I can't use it.

Don't use it just before a storm, but otherwise you would be fine without a garage or cover.

Yes, I have used it on entire car, glass especially and most of aircraft and boat as well.
You need to use caution if you set anything (mail, coffee or coke) on the surface as it will just slide right off.

Can it damage the paint? On your rims did you clean the entire rim then apply the Rejex?
