finally had some mods installed after having my jcw for 2 years...
17x8 ccw classics, ast coilovers, swift springs, vorshlag camber plates, powerflex control arm bushings, h&r rear swaybar, nm engineering front/rear sway bar links and control arms. still need to re-adjust the height and dampening of the coilovers.

great thanks to danny at minicorsa for doing the install.

2Aero, Very nice, just too bad that Mini no longer offers this color. That, and Lightening Blue were two of my favorite colors and are both, no longer available.

A blacked out belt line would be a good idea as well.

I actually have put the 3M tape on it since the pictures were taken. It reall looks like crap. Anybody have a better idea.
I did all the other black with the black dip in spray can and so far (6Months) it still looks good.

5/16 Tape is what you want

All you need is black vinyl pinstripe tape in 5/16, a good exacto knife, and some patience. Matte black looks better than glossy. I did it myself but it took the better part of an afternoon, 'cause I ripped off a section and started it over if it did not look right. If you can't find a roll, you can always go to a sign shop and have them cut the pieces to size. You need to get the tape tucked under the rubber moulding for it to look right.

MINI cone popper

Although you can't see the car from this view, I ran over a 7 cone wall while autocrossing on Sunday. The camera was on the rear bumper and the cones pop out over the rest of the course.

Welcome to the club.
A couple of weeks ago at a friend's house,what a surprise.
Another JCW!
Not a common sight here in South Florida and the only other black one i've seen in the wild.

I actually don't know the owner.A friend came for a few days from out of town and was staying at his sister's house. He's bro in law has a Quattroporte and the JCW.He borrowed the JCW for a few days.He says that since the arrival of the Mini the Maserati spends increasingly longer periods of times neglected in the garage.

Not surprised at all to see the Maser in the garage more. I had one as a loaner car for a week and couldn't wait to get out of it! The MINI is a far more involving drive!
