Thanks for that info. I'm a little confused. I thought the headlight low beam bulb was an H7 but it doesnt look like it is. It's also hard to get your hand inside the bottom access to grab the bulb. I think it's a straight pull out but not sure. Wish someone had a video. really want to change the bulbs. Halogens suck. If I could remove the headlight it would be easier. Looks like there is a hex bolt inside of the alignment element. I am wondering if these need to be removed also and if touching them will ruin the alignment.

By the way, I purchased lowering springs from you. Didn't get them yet, lol

On the older design MINI headlight H7 bulbs there was a same metal clip that held it in place. https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/r...dlight/EV6MEaR

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...t-bulbs-431001

Does it have any of those, something holds it in place?

Didn't see a clip when I removed like this.

How has The Upgrade LED treated you?

HeadLight Experts

They are having a sale on now and you can also get 10% off if it's our 1st order. I bought the LED's wih the built in canbus and they were here in 2 business days. And lifetime warrantee to boot.

The only way I could get them in with my hands were pulling the headlight housings out and installing them. They are fine and should improve the night time driving. But I did notice that when starting the car, the high beams flickered about 6 times before stopping, then it was fine. They all work properly. But I now have an order in for the Custom Gold Resistors/Decoders they sell to correct this. If I'd have known, I would have them now and paid 10% less with the original order.

So they do have products that will fit and work with the new countryman head lamps limited spaced housings.

And I learned in the future I will have my 12 year old grandson install headlight replacement and not having to remove the headlight housing.
I am fully aware this topic is four years old but I am hoping somebody that has left comments here notices new activity and pays this a visit. I am simply wondering how the LED upgrade has worked out for your F60. And is the kit for real plug and play? No wiring or control units to install or etc? I have a 2017 F60 that just threw a "left lower beam malfunction" alert and figured why not install LED snd show Halogen the door.
