Replacing oxygen sensor, need torque spec

Hey everyone
Next week I will be changing the upstream oxygen sensor. It seems the hardest part is just getting at it.

thing us I can't find a good torque spec for when I put in the new one.

Be very grateful if some has a reliable spec and would be more grateful if you have done it and can share any pitfalls to look out for.
Thank you in advance for any help!

The torque spec is 50 Nm for the oxygen sensor.

Just wanted to come back and share my experience for anyone trying this for first time. I was getting some knock and generally really crappy idle so I checked with Bimmerlink and it called out the upstream oxygen sensor. I watched a couple of videos and it looked daunting. Turns out the hardest part is just removing ALL the plastic bits in the way which is pretty easy. I didnt want to remove the Air intake pipe if I didnt have to because as my car is a 2014 most of my plastic clips are brittle and any plugs or connections crack when I try and undue them.

I was able to undue just a couple of clips and the large circular one where it connects and didnt have to remove any of the electrical connections. Its a little tight but you can get to the upstream oxygen sensor. In hindsight I should have replaced the downstream while I was there and its actually a little easier to access.

The upstream is angled in such a way that it was difficult to get the longer oxygen sensor tool and ratchet head to fit so I am glad that I bought a kit that had to different tools and the offset one fit fine. After watching some videos I thought that the sensor would be a bear to get out and was prepared to use my 2 ft cheater bar to get it out but .. It turned effortlessly and I am wondering if that was the problem as there was no way that that was tightened to 50nm.

Put a bit of grease of the threads of the new one and it goes right back together.
