Drivetrain IAT Sensor
What kind of module are you installing on the IAT sensor...
Put down the glue, and back away slowly.

I agree with RustyBoy that this is a little scary, but if you must, it's on the intake manifold, at the right hand side as you stand in front of the engine. If you still have the plastic radiator shroud (stock) then it hides access to the sensor.
If people could pay $20 and gain 30 HP and 10 MPG why have some of us spent 3-4k chasing the same 30 HP?

Sorry, you just wasted your money...
Some information on WHY they make your engine blow up...

Please don't eff with the sensor. As rustyboy155 says, the sensor is used by the ECU to calculate things (it's used with the MAP to determine the MAF, I believe).
Stay away from the resistor...

80 HP and 25 mpg! I put one in and I get 60 MPG now, and my car makes 330 whp.
NOT

This is from the link, a chip for a Jeep Wrangler
Point by point!
- up to 80+Horsepower (Riiiight)
- up to 80+ Ft. lbs of Torque (Sure...)
- up to 25MPG IN better fuel saving (Yup... never mind the fact that the Wrangler doesn't even get 25 mpg from the factory. So it will get 125% better gas milage by installing this chip!)
- Improved Acceleration (80 HP would do that!)
- Improved AutoX Lap times (Who the hell AutoX's a Jeep Wrangler!
)- Improved 1/4 and 1/8th mile track times (See above acceleration comment)
- Better mid-range acceleration (See above acceleration comment)
- Higher Top-End power (See above acceleration comment)
- Increased towing payload (Yea, never mind the fact that power generally has nothing to do with towing capacity, it's usually a lack of cooling, or ability to cool)
- Smoother shifting (Huh?
)- Extends the life of your spark plugs (Yup... fooling your IAT sensor into thinking it's colder outside extends spark plug life...)
- Extends the time between costly engine Tune-ups (The MINI doesn't need tune up's)
- More low end torque (See above torque comments)
- 30%+ Quicker throttle response time (Yea, all that fake air helps the engine rev UBER fast)
- Cleaner and faster revs (Same as above?)
- Higher Top-Speed and Improved Top-End Torque (...)
- Better Climbing ability (Yup, I used this for my MCS Hillclimb last year and it dramatically lowered my times)
- Improved HP and Torque Output in High Altitude Areas where the air is thin (Yes, because the fake air fools the engine into thinking it has more air than it does, thus it makes up for the fact that there's 20% less air at 6k feet).
- Increased Passing Ability (Yea, having more power has that effect...)
- Better and Crisp throttle response (...)
- Circuit Protection (?!? Splicing a resistor into your IAT sensor and taping it on protects a circuit!?)
Seriously guys, use your head, things that are too good to be true usually are!

As for HP, start with the pulley and intake, then go from there. I'd recommend finding a good local shop to help you meet your overall performance goals.
