oil leaking under Eccentric Shaft Sensor

I'm sorry if it's already posted, but my search for Eccentric Shaft found no threads for my issue..
My situation is that I did an engine head job and after I put everything together, I noticed oil residue near the thermostat. I checked and it was under the sensor and I replaced the o-ring, but still leaking.. Do I need to replace the whole sensor? Anyone had issue like this? Also I can't find any info on the torque on the 3 bolts.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

Clean the mating surfaces and apply a skim coat of black RTV to the surface of the head and reinstall the sensor.

Thanks, guys.
nkfry, let me try that.. I did applied light layer of silicon adhesive last time, but didn't help.
Maybe the torque setting might help.

Mine is doing the same thing ... just replaced all my valve guides and planed the head. I used the o-ring that came with the head gasket set, and it leaked. Ordered another O-ring from FCP Euro, same leak. Torqued to spec 88 in lbs. When I pulled it apart, there was no sealant on the sensor flange ... just the o-ring.
