R56 Errors after Passing Emissions

Errors after Passing Emissions
Just completed and passed emissions on my mini. Immediately after I was getting engine temp and battery charging errors codes and warnings. Anyone else see this? Nervous to drive in case they are real issues but am having a hard time believing they are real as there were no issues before the OBD emissions test.
Thanks for the future feedback.

First, why year and model do you have? Your title says R56, but you posted in the F56 section… (2nd gen vs 3rd gen)
