2015 JCW Hardtop F56

My warranty is ending soon in June 2020 and wanted to take it to the dealership for a final check up. Is there anything in particular I should have checked out? Currently, I'm at 41k miles.

Also, I'm in the SF Bay Area, so any SA recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks

suggest to the dealer they run all service bulletins and update the car where needed.

My dealer notified me they would do so. Software updates and some work was done in the two days they had the car - im due to go back once parts for the final fixes are in from the UK

Off the top of my head:
door rubber seal - new and improved parts to prevent door janb rub
new steering wheel - electronics in horns for some models prevent horn activation at certain angles of pressing
engine mount - new and improved
control arms i think

Pass side engine mount as they are very common to fail.

Yep, engine mount is the only common and sure thing to fail. If they do replace yours, please sell me your old mount if that doesn't trouble you. My mount was torn before and I did the 3M window weld method to put it back. But I must have used too much rubber weld now that it does transfer a stiffer response than normal. I'm wanting to trial less rubber weld in certain places and see if we can get a stock-like fix. I hope to achieve this and report it to the forum so that everyone can have a choice to fix their to the degree of stiffness they want.

Fading front bumper number plate mount is a common issue

Can't speak to f56 issues, but saw you're in the bay area. SF mini closed sadly, so I went to East Bay MINI and was happy with Jeff as SA there. No nonsense, fast turnaround, easy to work with.

I don't have JCW, but I own F55 MCS. 1) I have diagnosed issue with transmission mount, where rubber rubs against its aluminum body and making creaking sound when turning left. MINI has TSB for it. 2) Another issue could be lower engine mount making a creaking sound when taking off from a stop. 3) I checked passenger side engine mount and couldn't really shine the my phone's flash light at a correct angle but to me the rubber could have a crease or a crack. So for first 2 issues, MINI has TSB, but not the 3rd. Is this usually an issue on many F cars?
