Are Canadians getting their 2015 F56, or are they being held up because of EPA from the USA?

 

I talked to my dealer yesterday and he informed me they are being held for the EPA. "And you can ask MINI Canada and they will tell you the same thing."

I don't take his word for anything. I checked the government's website.

If you look up CEPA, Environment Protection Act, about on-road vehicles you will see that it says the application can be an EPA certification if the same model is sold in the US, or is deemed to be covered by an EPA certification, Evidence of Conformity. I'm not sure if you can get certified by Canada.
