f55 tires

hello, I recently purchased a new F55 with Hankook 175/65/15 tires. Not overly impressed with them. Any recommendations for replacement tires. Is this too small of a wheel for quick turns.
thanks

Could be a lot of factors. Are they Runflats? Are they all season tires? Size will not have as much to do with it as the other two things listed below. My car came with 17" with Run flats (which were replaced the day after I picked it up) and I replaced them with high performance tires. If you want the best handling you will need to go with High performance summer tires, though they are fairly useless when temps for below 40. If you want keep the same tires for all 4 seasons (and you live where there are 4 seasons), high performance All seasons will be a good choice, but will never handle as well as summer tires, and never be as could in winter as dedicated snow tires.

Odds are you have the Optima 426. If so, see it's terrible customer reviews here:

Much better tire at less cost:

Another popular low-cost tire:

A very nimble but expensive summer only tire that came on my 2010 MINI:

More choices that fit are available in 185/65-15 and 195/60-15. Wider = better cornering, poorer acceleration and braking, poorer mpg. Nothing extreme here, just modest tradeoffs in what you want.

Good choices for 15" performance tires have dwindled significantly in recent years.

If it were me I'd look for a lightweight set of 16" wheels along with a set of high performance summer tires(I am a fan of Bridge stone SP04'shave them on three of my summer cars). You should be able to get the wheels at under 18lbs each. Damon at tire rack is fairly knowledgeable and I have worked with him for years and on many different cars. These cars do not seem to be quite as eager to be tossed around as the first generation (I had one of the 1st S's to come into the country and an Abarth before my F55), so I have been looking into ways to make it a bit better. Run flats seem to be coming on many cars today (I always pull them off), though the 2016 C7 Z51 I bought still has them on (only has 320 miles on it), all my other cars have had them removed.
