F55/F56 Start Stop Switch doesn't turn off

I have a 2015. I can't remember if I have the foot on any petals but 1 press shuts off the engine and when I remove my keys the radio and electronics shut off. I never bother with a second press unless I'm sitting in the car for a bit and want to kill the radio, etc. At that point my feet are off the pedals, engine is stopped and a second press does the job every time.
