That sucks. I hear that's a great tour. I was there a few years ago but they never got back to me before I left here about scheduling a tour.

 

I was seriously bummed as I had arranged my entire trip around that one scheduled morning. Thankfully, Goodwood FoS was utterly amazing. Seeing Valentino Rossi pilot the 1991 24 hours of Le Mans winning Mazda 787B up the hill is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Usually 6-8 weeks

 

I've waited 6 weeks since ordering and car isn't even finished!

Can only blame my dealer though. Order a 2015 MCS at end of May and he assured me it would make one of the last 2015 productions (clearly it didn't).

Was contacted by manager yesterday who provided my VIN but BMW decoder says production date of 1973 so assume it's still on the assembly line!!

Slightly bummed out by the lack of secret compartment with the 2016s!

PS. I'm in canada so getting information is very difficult. Just have to be patient i guess.

 

My MINI arrived at the port at Southampton today. Here's hoping he gets on the Kline ship that arrives tomorrow

 

Ordered 6/9. As mentioned before it's a Justa with the sport package.

My MA and ASK MINI both say there's a shortage of parts for the DDC and I won't get a production number until the parts are available.

Well my MINI status changed to "In Transit" last night which means it made it on a ship. However, the status changed back to "At the port awaiting a shipping vessel" this morning :(. Guess they held it for now... Hopefully it makes it on the next boat on July 17th. If not, it will be clear that the 2016's will be delayed for a while... :(

 

My F55 was received at the terminal on 7/7, awaiting ASIAN VISION to arrive on 7/14, scheduled to arrive at Port Hueneme on 8/4.

 

Is your F55 at the port in Southampton or Zeebrugge? I had assumed mine was at Southampton, but just realized today based on my VIN that it must be at Zeebrugge (last 7 digits of my VIN starts with a number instead of the letter T).

If it starts with a "2" or "T" it was built in Oxford and will ship out of Southampton. If it's a "3", it was built in Born, Netherlands and will ship out of Zeebrugge

 

Mine is a "3" so Netherlands for me. Wow that changes things regarding shipping. Kline ship left today - not, sure it got on. Next one doesn't come until July 28th!

Just got confirmation that my MINI did make it on the Eurasian Highway on the 13th in Zeebrugge and will be hitting Georgia on July 29th!

 

hey how did you know which highway the ship is taking for your location?

 

Just called 1-866-ASK-MINI and spoke to customer relations rep. They can tell you the status of your car and if shipped, which boat it is on. In my case it was the ship "Eurasian Highway".

Once you have the ship's name, you can track the ship using this site:

You can also put your car's VIN into the cargo ID field on the website and find out which ship it's on!

Only if you are lucky enough to be put on a WW ship. Unfortunately, k-line does not offer VIN tracking like that :(. For cars on k-line ships, you need to get ship name from MINI or your MA.

 

We got a truck in today with 2015's on it and it sounds like we have less than 10 2015's left to come in. Then there's like 50 2016's after that.
